An
Aspiration Prayer
(Khenpo
Tsultrim Gyamtso)
May
we all give rise to the precious attitude of bodhicitta.
May
we aspire to reach the precious state of perfect enlightenment
which
abides neither in a confused existence of samsara, nor in a
one-sided
static nirvanic peace.
May
we aspire to attain the state of enlightenment, not for our own benefit,
but
for the benefit of all sentient beings who are limitless in number
as
the sky is vast in its extent.
In
order to attain that state of enlightenment, we know we must listen to,
reflect
on, and meditate on the teachings of the genuine Dharma
with
all the enthusiasm we can muster in our hearts.
This
is the precious attitude of bodhicitta.
May
we give rise to it as we study and practice the teachings.
Purposefully
Repeated Message:
For
those who are in search of a dharma teacher to call there own and
have
not felt a karmic connection with the teachers we have studied so
far,
please consider exploring some of the following wonderful teachers.
A
desire to be with your teacher in person at least once a year is a good
indicator
that you have found a spiritual friend and guide.
Lama
Tsering Everest – is a disciple of H. E. Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche (1930-2002).
She is a
wonderful
teacher and some evening we will watch a video of her and her teacher
demonstrating
mudras. She has a regular podcast that may be found through a link at:
www.lamatsering.org.
Other
dharma voices that may be heard at LAM RIM RADIO via MP3 downloads:

you will find teachings by H. H. Dalai Lama and 14 other lamas.
